Our Story

When I was a kid, I wanted to be a chef. I remember cooking meals for my younger siblings as early as eleven years old. I also received great joy when I would make a meal for the family that everyone would rave about. Years later when I worked as a low-level chef in a local restaurant, I realized that I was not called to cook all day every day. My love for cooking was something I knew needed to remain a hobby, a way to relax, and a way to entertain in more intimate settings.
I have always been a passionate person. I have searched for many years to find something that I am passionate about which could also be turned into a means for making a living. I also always loved the idea of being a business owner, but had difficulty finding the right industry to pursue having a business in.
After lots of other life pursuits, I finally realized that being a business owner and being involved in the world of cooking could unite. I spent many hours researching and learned that creating a brand was not out of my reach. I took for granted that other big kitchen brands had to start somewhere. They were once small. This is when Refined Wares was born. It is the realization of many parts of my life and my passions coming together to form a brand that I can pour myself into and hopefully bring joy and happiness to others in the process.
It is my hope to develop Refined Wares into a large-scale brand that is known in all homes across America. Thank you, sincerely, for taking the time to read this and for your support of Refined Wares.
